I've been figuring on ways to to get the effects of one clay on the outside and another on the other side. Clearly sandwiching/rolling the two slabs together does not work in the case of these two stoneware clays. This cup died during drying while the saucer held it's own until it was bisque fired - then did the same. Wa wa.
